I broke my phone- a poem on suicide prevention

Suppose you stuck in a far room alone

You have nothing with you except your phone

Neither food to eat nor water to drink

Your life appears going to sink

All you have is a phone to call

Someone you know who could break the wall

Alas at moment the network is poor

So you can't call anyone to help you there

Suddenly you hear the phone's alarm

Your phone rings and vibrates with charm

The sound of alarm is pretty annoying

You have no clue how stop its crying

You feel irritated and hit the phone on ground

Now your phone needs condolences and shroud

Once satisfied as you got rid of the alarm

But next moment you realised about grave harm

Annoying, irritating or however it was

That phone was your only last chance

How dreadful to stay in room alone

How will you ever return to your home

I know its little raw and some crude

But the poem written above is dark truth

This is how people behave with their life

They treat it like that phone and throw it from height

You got stuck in world that's full of suffering

But you have been given a long life for thinking

You think ending life will end your all troubles

Have you ever thought what if they get  double

This life is a means to unlock your dreams

How will you get dreams If you end that very means

Hold on for some moments and read that phrase again

Life is so much more than spending it in vain

Life is irritating and annoying at times

But you cannot end it else you will further decline

So what is the solution how to get away

Return to allegory for it has a lot to say

The phone that you broke up Had some features and laws

Despite it was annoying but could be turned off

All you needed was some patience and firm wills

You probably should have opened Alarm clock settings

If you hadn't hit the phone out of annoyance

You could had easily used that in your alliance

Then would have waited for network's arrival

And regain the chances of your survival

Similar is life when it gets annoying

Have some patience & do not keep crying

Take a deep breath and first smile

For this attitude will take you to miles

Life is annoying like the phone's alarm

But believe me it is also full of warmth

Phone needed network to call someone

Life needs knowledge to make it fun

Whenever you stuck or feel a little low

Healing souls are around to whom you could go

There are souls who have seen tough times

They have emerged and glitter as holy shrines

Ask for help if you ever in need

Good people exist in this world indeed

Ending your life is never a solution

It will only take you to wrong destination

If you grasp life and get its workings

Then it will set you free from all the sufferings

The room will open up and you'll get your home

You'll be healed and will return to joyous abode
